Ethernet Cable

An Ethernet cable, typically with an RJ45 connector, is a network cable that connects devices to form a wired local area network (LAN), transmitting data signals between them. It consists of eight wires twisted into four pairs, which helps reduce electrical interference and crosstalk. Modern cables are categorized (e.g., Cat5e, Cat6), with higher categories supporting greater bandwidth and speed, and some cables can also transmit power along with data (Power over Ethernet or PoE).
